The original Dominion Land-grant was issued on April 27, 1892
House was built in 1911
John & Elizabeth Fielder built the home, but John died prior to its completion and title was transferred to Elizabeth Nov. 17, 1911
John W. Frame purchased it on Dec. 9, 1919
Andrew Charles Dunn received title on Dec. 18, 1919 , and title was transferred to Edith Adeline Florence Dunn on Sept. 27, 1939 after Andrew's death
John A. Smith receives title on Dec. 22, 1945 and it is transferred to his wife Libbie Gertrude Smith on Dec. 20, 1946 after John's death
Theophil Kittlitz purchases it on Jan. 2, 1947 who in turn sells it to
Thomas George Eastland in 1957
